TEACHING CHILDREN SKILLS
Jimmy James runs the bicycle repair shed based on the school grounds and has a strong startup mentality. His vision is for youth to be provided with the skills to create their own businesses and income. Jimmy promotes a tight-knit, off-the-grid community with a strong craft culture.

Ladies Cycle SquadList Item 3
38 women are currently registered in the cycling squad, and nine of them completed the @CTCT with only three months of training. The oldest member is 63.

Hoenderhok CafeList Item 2
The Hoenderhok is in the heart of a market garden in Ocean Vìew Cape Town. the garden is managed by the OV Organics Cooperative, a group of five emerging women farmers with a passion for farming organically and feeding people good food.

Organic FarmList Item 4
OV Organics is a small-scale farm operated by the Ocean View Organic Farmers Co-operative. The farm produces fresh veggies, has an on-site bakery, on-site cafe serving pizza, veggie juices and scones, and the start of a nursery.
